Privacy Policy
The honest summary: this site collects almost nothing, because there is almost nothing to collect. No accounts, no sign-up forms, no payment details, no analytics cookies by default. Your simulator balance lives in your own browser, not on our servers. The details follow.
This policy covers https://cryptocasinos.codes, operated as Crypto Casinos Codes. Last updated: 20 August 2026.
1. What We Do Not Collect
- No accounts. There is no registration, login, email capture or newsletter. We never ask for your name, email, wallet address or payment details.
- No analytics cookies by default. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not set cookies for tracking purposes. There is no cookie consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
- No game telemetry. Your bets, wins, losses and balance in the simulator are computed and stored entirely in your browser. They are never transmitted to us, and we could not reconstruct your play history if asked.
2. What Stays in Your Browser (localStorage)
The simulator uses your browser localStorage — a small on-device store — to remember your fake-credit balance and basic game preferences between visits. This data never leaves your device, is not readable by us or by other websites, and is deleted if you clear your browser site data. The ↺ button in the header resets the balance at any time. localStorage is not a cookie and is not used to track you.
3. Server Logs
Like virtually every website, the server that hosts this site automatically records standard access logs: IP address, requested URL, timestamp, browser user-agent string and referring page. These logs are generated by the hosting infrastructure for security, abuse prevention and debugging. We use them for nothing else — no profiling, no marketing — and they are routinely rotated and deleted per the host retention schedule. This is the only place anything resembling personal data (an IP address) touches our infrastructure.
4. Outbound Affiliate Links
Buttons and links leading to casino sites are affiliate links containing our referral tag, as described in our affiliate disclosure. When you click one, you leave this site, and the destination casino — and any affiliate-tracking service it uses — will process your data under its own privacy policy, which may involve cookies, device identifiers and, if you register, full identity data. We do not receive personal data about you from these partners; affiliate reporting we see is aggregated (sign-up and commission counts), not identity-level. Read the privacy policy of any casino before registering with it.
5. External Resource Links
Our responsible gambling page links to third-party help organisations (GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous, Gambling Therapy, NCPG). These are ordinary links with no tracking added by us; those sites have their own privacy policies.
6. Email
If you email contact@cryptocasinos.codes, we receive your address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply, we do not add you to any list, and we do not share it with anyone.
7. Children
This site is intended for adults aged 18 or over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone — including minors — beyond the server logs described above.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or similar laws), you may have rights of access, correction and erasure over personal data. In practice the only personal data we could hold about you is an IP address in short-lived server logs, or an email you sent us. To exercise any right, or simply to have an email thread deleted, contact contact@cryptocasinos.codes.
9. Changes to This Policy
If our practices change — for instance, if we ever add privacy-respecting analytics — this page will be updated first, with a new date at the top. Material changes will be noted here explicitly. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
