Reporting a Code That Stopped Working
This is the message we most want to receive. Promo codes are only useful while the offer behind them is real, and operators change terms without announcing it. If a code on this site was rejected at registration, or the bonus that arrived did not match what we published, tell us and we will re-check it.
Useful things to include, though none of them are required:
- Which code and which casino.
- What happened — rejected outright, accepted but no bonus, or a bonus with different terms.
- Roughly when you tried it, and the country you registered from. Several of these offers vary by jurisdiction, which is a common reason a perfectly valid code behaves differently for two people.
Verified reports change the listing. We update the offer, re-date the page, and if a code is dead we remove it rather than leaving it up to collect clicks.
Corrections
If something factual on this site is wrong — a wagering multiple, a minimum deposit, a licensing detail — point us at it. We would rather be corrected than be confidently wrong in public, and our rating method only means something if the underlying facts hold up.

What We Cannot Help With
We are an independent tracker, not an operator. We have no access to your casino account and no influence over any of them, so we cannot recover a locked balance, speed up a withdrawal, resolve a KYC hold, apply a bonus retroactively or reopen a closed account.
